Teacher Appreciation Week, May 5th – 9th

National Teacher Appreciation Week is May 5th – 9th and Dimmitt PTSA has planned a week’s worth of special activities and food to show the Dimmitt staff how much we value them, including:
Monday – decorating the faculty room and providing fruit, granola bars, nuts, etc.
Tuesday – free massages during their lunch break, courtesy of Dr. Pete Meinhofer
Wednesday – lunch of pita pocket sandwiches, chips, cookies, iced tea and lemonade
Thursday – hoping to beautify the courtyard adjacent to the faculty room with flower planter boxes
Friday – breakfast of bagels, doughnuts, muffins, fruit and juice
In addition, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, students have the opportunity during their lunches to write free thank you cards  and the option to purchase party beads for staff (25 cents each, 3 for 50 cents or 6 for $1).
We need contributions to make it all possible; please use this Volunteerspot.com link to sign-up to bring or do something:
All you have to do is enter your email address (2x) and Volunteerspot will bring up the list of activities and items, organized by each day of the week (May 2-9).  It will send you a reminder as your day gets closer.
Thank you so much!
